Who Can Use nepk
nepk is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Players must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
nepk supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only, within a target time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. All transactions are subject to KYC verification before the first withdrawal is permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses offered by nepk are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. nepk reserves the right to cancel bonuses where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

Prohibited Activities
Using multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, engaging in match-fixing, money laundering, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited on nepk. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

nepk provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools to all account holders. We are committed to preventing problem gambling. Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nepk ("nepk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nepk.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to, registration on, and use of the Platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support services provided through the Platform.
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the nepk Platform, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as bets or wagers on the Platform.
nepk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nepk will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all circumstances. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
1.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms (as published on the Platform), and any other rules or guidelines published by nepk in relation to specific games or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and nepk with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and use a nepk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your nepk account.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by nepk or by any competent regulatory authority.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nepk, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gaming.
2.1 Age Verification
nepk conducts age and identity verification ("KYC — Know Your Customer") as a mandatory step before processing any withdrawal request. During the KYC process, you will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and, where necessary, proof of address dated within the past three months. nepk may request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds.
Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests will be held pending. nepk reserves the right to withhold the processing of any withdrawal and to suspend or close an account where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable time after request.
2.2 Single Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) nepk account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nepk will close the duplicate account(s), and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at nepk's sole discretion.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
To access real-money gaming features on nepk, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, a mobile number capable of receiving SMS, and your date of birth. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
nepk reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to returning any eligible account balance to the account holder via the original deposit method.
3.1 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nepk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, nor permit any other person to access or use your account. nepk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify nepk immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. nepk will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, including locking the account pending investigation.
3.2 Two-Factor Authentication
nepk strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. When 2FA is enabled, a one-time password is sent to your registered mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device. 2FA can be activated and managed from your account security settings dashboard. While 2FA is not mandatory, nepk accepts no liability for account compromise on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated.
3.3 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your nepk account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. nepk will retain records of your account and transaction history in accordance with our data retention obligations as set out in the Privacy Policy. Note that voluntary account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming behaviour, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure. Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
nepk supports a range of payment methods designed to meet the needs of players across Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladeshi bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. nepk will provide notice of any material change to payment method availability.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your nepk account balance.
- nepk does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
- Deposited funds are held separately from nepk's operational funds and are available for gameplay or withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your nepk account. nepk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while the KYC review is conducted. Subsequent withdrawals for fully verified accounts target a processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad.
- Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- nepk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may require additional documentation and may extend processing times.
- In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, nepk may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, nepk may forfeit account balances in accordance with the enforcement provisions of these Terms.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on nepk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, deposit minimums, and withdrawal minimums are denominated in BDT. nepk does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a valid nepk transaction is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, nepk reserves the right to suspend your account, reverse any winnings associated with the disputed funds, and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, contact our support team first — we will investigate and resolve genuine errors promptly.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
nepk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the Platform, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms; uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
- Each promotion is available to eligible players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms. nepk may restrict bonus eligibility based on account status, prior bonus usage, or payment method.
- A player may not hold more than one qualifying bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash directly, transferred to another player's account, or used to meet any external financial obligation.
- nepk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with notice provided via the Platform where reasonably practicable.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
nepk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using systematic staking strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics; placing opposing bets to artificially reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"); or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, nepk reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional eligibility.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your use of the nepk Platform, you agree that you will not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:
- Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or using more than one nepk account, whether directly or through a proxy or third party.
- Identity Fraud: Registering using false, inaccurate, or third-party personal information; impersonating another person; or submitting falsified KYC documentation.
- Money Laundering: Using the nepk Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities; or using the Platform as a mechanism to conceal the origin of illicit funds.
- Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or tournament hosted on the Platform.
- Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you have non-public information about the outcome; or participating in any scheme to manipulate the result of a game or sporting event.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, game-exploiting software, data scraping tools, or any other technical means to gain an advantage not available to ordinary players.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or underlying architecture of the nepk Platform.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, any other player's account, or any server, database, or system used by nepk.
- Harmful Content: Transmitting, posting, or otherwise communicating content via the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Commercial Use: Using the Platform or any content derived from it for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of nepk.
6.1 Enforcement
nepk reserves the right to investigate any account or activity that it reasonably suspects of violating these prohibited conduct rules. During an investigation, nepk may suspend the account, freeze withdrawals, and retain funds pending the outcome of the investigation. nepk's determination as to whether a violation has occurred shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 8.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the nepk Platform, including but not limited to the nepk brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, images, icons, software code, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other materials (collectively, "nepk Content"), is the property of nepk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and design rights.
nepk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nepk Content without prior written authorisation.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any nepk Content.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on any nepk Content.
- Use any nepk trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of nepk.
- Frame, mirror, scrape, or deep-link to any part of the Platform without nepk's prior written consent.
Game content available on the nepk Platform (including slot games, live casino streams, and other interactive content) is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective licensor and is subject to the licensor's own intellectual property rights.
Any use of nepk Content outside the scope of the limited licence granted above is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. If you wish to request permission to use nepk Content for any purpose not covered by this licence, please contact us at [email protected].
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nepk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if nepk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In particular, nepk shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
- Any losses arising from gambling outcomes — you acknowledge that gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and that losses are an inherent and accepted risk of participation.
- Any service interruptions, technical failures, communication outages, or maintenance periods that affect your access to the Platform.
- Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) that result in delayed, failed, or erroneous transactions.
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any content provided by third-party game studios or data providers that is hosted on or accessible through the Platform.
8.1 Cap on Liability
To the extent that nepk's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, nepk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nepk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute relating to your use of the Platform, the outcome of a game, or a transaction on your account, you must first contact nepk's customer support team to seek resolution. Our support team will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's investigation, you may escalate the matter by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a full description of the issue. nepk commits to providing a final written determination within 14 business days of receiving a formal dispute notification.
8.3 Governing Language and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to nepk's operating jurisdiction. The English-language version of these Terms shall be the definitive version for all legal purposes. All dispute resolution communications shall be conducted in English.
